Intake Session
This is where we lay the foundation of our whole partnership. Beforehand, you’ll be provided with an intake questionnaire that will help establish where you are now and a coaching binder to track your progress. We’ll meet for about one hour to in order to get to know each other, clarify how we’ll work together, and begin building our partnership.
Weekly Sessions
We’ll talk on the phone 3 times per month for 40 minutes. This is where we get to the core of coaching. We’ll get clear on your goals, make action plans, figure out how you sabotage yourself, brainstorm options, get you unstuck and everything else that coaching is all about. You will always walk away from these sessions with some “homework” for the upcoming week that will move you forward towards a business (and life) that thrills you.
3 Month Commitment
Coaching delivers results. It’s a powerful way for you to get what you want in life. But it’s also not magic. We can accomplish a ton in a single session, but to see fundamental, long-lasting changes, you need to mentally commit to at least 3 months. This is a commitment to yourself, not to me. I’m not going to force anyone to complete if they decide to stop early. All I ask is that you commit to yourself to give it all you’ve got for 3 months.
